Lyss is amazing. Best sourdough I've had in a long time. I have a gluten sensitivity and her sourdough is one of the few that doesn't bother me or upset my stomach.

The sandwich bread is a staple and perfect for hot sandwiches. It keeps for so long in the fridge without getting stale.
The cinnamon swirl is a wonderful treat on the weekends or when guests come over. But the brown butter chocolate chunk cookies are to die for. So satisfying that half a cookie does the trick when needing something sweet and buttery.
Cheddar and herb bread is definitely a favorite. Taste and texture is amazing.
